What is included in a JusCollege travel package?

Our packages cover the fun stuff AND the logistics: your hotel stay, VIP Party Pass, private concerts, exclusive club access with open bar, optional add-on excursions, and our on-site team to keep things running smooth. Basically — the full experience, no guesswork.
Are JusCollege trips all-inclusive?

Most of our Mexico Spring Break destinations include all-inclusive resorts (unlimited food + drinks = elite move). Vegas and Montreal inclusions vary, but every package clearly lists what’s included.
Do your packages include flights?

Our travel packages do not include flights. We let you book flights on your schedule so you can match your group’s travel plans and avoid the dreaded “we’re on different planes” chaos.
Can Greek life or clubs book as a group?

How does booking a trip with JusCollege work?

Trip Transfers

What is the deadline for trip transfers?

Trip transfers must be requested at least 31 days prior to the trip start date. We strive to accommodate all trip transfers to the best of our ability. However, please note that all transfer requests are subject to our discretion.
Are there any fees associated with trip transfers?

Yes, trip transfers will be subject to a fee. The amount depends on when the transfer is requested.
How can I request a trip transfer?

Do Early Bird perks or discounts transfer with trip transfers?

No, Early Bird perks and/or discounts do not transfer with trip transfers regardless of the reason for cancellation.

If they’re eligible and you’re within the transfer window, yes — but fees still apply.

rooming

How does rooming work?

When rooming opens, you’ll pick your room type and confirm your roommates. Everything happens inside your portal — no group chat drama required.
How can I find out my room occupancy?

Generally all rooms are quad or triple occupancy. Specific room occupancy is visible at time of booking. When rooming selection becomes available, you will be able to view the room occupancy or select a lower occupancy through your portal.
What happens if my roommate cancels?

The remaining roommates become responsible for the room cost unless someone new joins.
Can I add friends to my room later?

Yes, as long as the rooming deadline hasn't passed, the room isn’t full and the trip isn’t sold out.

Payment Plans

How do payment plans work?

Pay a deposit now, spread the rest out over automatic monthly payments. Easy, predictable, no surprises.
I didn’t realize I signed up for monthly payments. What now?

Payment plans are selected at checkout and confirmed before booking. Once you start a plan, it can’t be paused or changed — make sure your card stays active.
What happens if my payment fails?

We’ll retry your card. You’ll also get an email to update your payment method ASAP before penalties apply or your trip is cancelled for non-payment.
What payment methods do you accept?

When is my final payment due?

Final payments are typically due 90 days prior to your trip. You can find your final payment date (and all payment plan info) in your traveler portal and in your confirmation email.

Cancellations

Are trips refundable?

How do I cancel my trip?

Email info@juscollege.com. Once canceled, you’ll get everything you need to file a claim with the insurance provider if eligible.
Can I cancel for any reason?

Only if your insurance policy includes “Cancel For Any Reason” coverage. Otherwise, standard insurance rules apply.
What happens if I miss my trip?

No-shows are non-refundable. Insurance may help depending on the situation.

Safety

Are Spring Break destinations safe?

Yes! We operate in tourist resort zones with on-site security, established partners, and our own staff on the ground. Stay within designated areas and follow local guidelines.
Will there be a JusCollege team on-site?

Yes. Every major destination has a JusCollege team available during key event hours.
What happens if I lose my wristband or Party Pass?

Find our on-site team ASAP. Replacement wristbands may incur a fee.
Is there a passenger code of conduct?

You’ll sign a passenger code of conduct at check-in. Break it, and you may lose your access to events or the trip entirely.

Is the open bar package mandatory for Vegas trips?

Yes, the open bar package is mandatory for Vegas trips. If you did not recieve it as an early booking perk, you will be required to purchase the open bar package.
